I still remember the advise that I got when my third baby was hospitalized due to not getting enough breast milk.
Both the pediatrician and lactation consultant told me on how important it is to have a well-balanced diet. The lactation consultant particularly emphasized on the importance of protein intake.
But as much as how determined I am to have a well-balanced diet, life tells different story. As a mom of three, I am so busy and rarely have a proper balanced meal. If I can have five minutes to enjoy my food, that’s really an accomplishment. For most days, meals are taken in rush, so it’s easily forgetting to pay attention to my nutrition intake.
